Some listings that are technically on the market are also under contract — sites like Zillow are very slow to update this type of information. Generally speaking, we will set up the auto-search to only send you listings that are on the market AND available; that is, the search will not send you listings that are under contract. We have the option to set up the auto-search to send you listings instantly, as they come available, or we can set scheduled times.
