Zach was born and raised in southern Colorado and took a very early interest in real estate. Between completing his high school courses and playing varsity baseball (even earning All-State honors as a pitcher), Zach found time to obtain his real estate license before he graduated. Following graduation, Zach made the move to Fort Collins to attend CSU. He loved it so much that he decided to make Northern Colorado home. Zach is also interested in investing and recently obtained his Series 6 securities license. After spending time learning about careers in both real estate and finance, Zach decided to pursue his passion for real estate (fortunately for us!).
As a newer Fort Collins resident, Zach has enjoyed learning all about life in NoCo, including trying new restaurants, playing softball, attending as many Rockies games as possible, and, most recently, developing a love for hiking. Zach appreciates the healthy NoCo lifestyle and dedicates time to working out and lifting weights at his favorite local gym.
Devin is thrilled that Zach has joined Navigate Residential, and moving forward, the two will work together to best serve all their clients. Zach’s enthusiasm and perspective as a newer NoCo resident and his love of meeting people and making sincere connections will be tremendously valuable. Devin is excited to welcome Zach to Navigate and for everyone to meet him!
